The annual fee buys capacity. The production fee repays the build we funded — and only once something is actually manufactured.

Split of every fee
Three things worth being clear about
- The fee is never on your retail sales. It is charged on the factory PO value of a batch — a much smaller base — and it is not a royalty on what you sell.
- If a product never reaches production, Bettrlabs absorbs the build. Lab work, supplier qualification and pilot runs on an approved product sit on our books, not yours.
- Once the recovery target is met, nothing is owed. No handover fee, no settlement. And if a build fails for technical reasons that are ours, the recovery obligation is zero.
A minimum fee of ₹25,000 per batch applies so very small runs still cover the support that goes with them. Exit before the recovery target is met and you settle the milestone-earned share, less everything already repaid. You can also take the file and walk at any point — ask us for the buy-out position on a specific product.
