Develop · digital · 3–5 weeks
We build the recipe on screen. Nutrition, cost and label impact update on every version, so the one that reaches a kitchen is already worth making. Formulation with % breakdown, nutrition simulation, cost per unit.
Check · digital · 1 week
We check ingredients, additive levels, claims and artwork against FSSAI rules for your category. At this stage a fix costs nothing. Compliance findings, claim verdicts, corrected label copy.
Validate · physical · 2–4 weeks
The first real samples are made and tested. Our labs or yours — you choose. Either way, lab charges are passed through as invoiced. Prototype samples, lab test report, sensory scorecard.
Scale · physical · 2–4 weeks
We find factories that can genuinely make it, hand over the process, agree quality checks, and stay until the first batch is approved. Manufacturer shortlist, tech transfer pack, QC specification.
Stage durations run in sequence for a standard build and overlap where the category allows. Complex categories — regulated claims, difficult stability, a new process — extend Develop and Validate. You see the schedule before you pay.
